These terms govern use of the StudyBalance university waitlist operated by II Sun Limited. They apply to the waitlist only—not to the future StudyBalance product.

What the waitlist provides.
The waitlist lets you register interest in StudyBalance and receive occasional product-development or early-access messages. Joining is free. It does not create a StudyBalance account, purchase, subscription or guarantee of access by a particular date.

Your responsibilities.
Please provide an email address you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit addresses without permission, automate abusive requests, bypass security controls or introduce malicious code.

Invitations and product changes.
StudyBalance is still in development. Features, availability, launch timing and eligibility may change. We may invite people in stages, pause signups or close the waitlist. Any future product access will be governed by the terms shown when that access is offered.

Intellectual property.
II Sun Limited owns or licenses the StudyBalance name, brand, website design, copy, software concepts and other materials on this site. You may use the site for personal information and waitlist registration, but may not copy or exploit its materials commercially without permission.

Availability and liability.
We aim to keep the waitlist accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by relying on a proposed feature or launch date.

Leaving the waitlist.
You may unsubscribe through any email we send or contact us at support@studybalance.app. Our Privacy Notice explains deletion requests and your data rights.

Company, law and contact.
These terms are between you and II Sun Limited (Company No. 17087198), 12 To 14 High Street, Chesham, England, HP5 1EP. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
